Poor Service As Always !!!!

Logged a dispute with them beginning of the month still open followed up yesterday with a call I was told the investigation is still taking place they still have to talk to the creditor, for what because I have given them an official paid up letter from them all they need to do is just confirm seems like they want to confirm on the 20th day and only update my status. My life is on a standstill that why I settled the account in the first place. One has to complain first then only will you think of investigating and checking, All the other credit bureaus are updated didn't even have to log a dispute or anything but here, one has to struggle and post a bad review first to get things done over info I sent to them.
