poor service and lack of feedback

On the 25th of July 2018 i requested a free credit report and was told to submit proof of residence and ID copy of i which. I received an automated reply mail indicating that my request will be resolved within 15 working days with reference Ticket number : ********** ********** 26. Today is the 16th of August and still no feedback nor communication. This is poor service at its best. What must i do to get my free credit report because i submitted what you wanted???
