Poor service

I have 3 accounts under my report that were paid a long time ago, I contacted TransUnion to help me and a dispute was logged and they came back to me that the dispute was resolved however nothing was done as those accounts are still reflecting on my account and even duplicated.... I called them today and spoke with Masala who told me that I must then go to the police and log a ***** case coz he can’t re-log the dispute.... this is just ridiculous how people are being treated when they need help
