POOR SERVICE

The information on their website and reports are out of date and inaccurate.

I have logged a complaint with them and given the paid-up letter, and still, my record has not been adjusted.

The companies that provide them with credit data are sending old and outdated data. For most of the, you get a "NU" which means they did not even bother to update. This leaves you with old outdated scores.

How can you provide this service to the industry when your information is outdated and you as the service provider don't even update your own site.
