POOR SERVICE

i'm not happy... Transunion is thee to give the client ones a year a free credit report but i am battling to get a report from them for the last 7 months. How can that be so difficult to just sent me a report and if you phone them all that the people say is we will sent it to you., or they want sum security info that you don't even now like a sell nr that is not working for the last 7 years. Can any one tell me were i can get a free credit report., or what I must do to just get my Credit status
