Lets see if this perhaps gets a spring in there step.<br> <br> I log a call with the support team to reset my password on 31 Dec 2015 @ 0911 AM.<br> <br> Understood it was new years eve and nobody is in the mood work, so I prepared myself for a response within 2 working days.<br> <br> I was copied into a response on 07 Jan 2016 @ 1301, which just passed the buck to another person to resolve.<br> <br> I responded with is this a effing joke or is this for real and to date no response.<br> <br> Honestly these guys are not serious about service or don't understand what is service.<br> <br>
