Poor pathetic systems and company

Worst experience ever and this company apparently holds all our personal information. Since 2021 I have been trying to change my password and their system says my account is locked. Tried calling and I go through to some agent that answers the call and keeps quiet. Their IVR is useless, agents useless a well as the systems hence they were hacked. I received 5 smss for every credit check done on my name and no one is held accountable.
