Poor Excuse for a Credit Bureau
How this credit bureau is still permitted to be in business by the National Credit Regulator is BEYOND my understanding. There is NOTHING on my profile that is correct/ up to date. BUT Oh my god- dealing with Customer service is more painful than digging my own heart out with a s****. Do yourself a favor, use Experian or XDS as the other major credit bureaus. They at least know what they are doing.

04 Nov 2022, 07:29So I did promise that I will update this review when I get the outcome of my Disputes. An lo and behold. ONE thing was updated but there is STILL THE INCORRECT NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS on the revised credit report!!! So I will stick with my review, thank you very much
