Poor customer service

I’m writing this complaint because of a girl called Mathapelo who was so rude to me. My account is still blocked yet I spent 15 minutes on the call with her. I verified everything correctly and because I said my house is in Benoni she didn’t unblock my account. I’m so disappointed with poor service I received because my house is in Benoni
