Poor customer service

<p>I have experience the most pathetic service ever when speaking to the lady at Despite department her name is Kentse who just put me on hold without listening to what I wanted to say. I also asked her to escalate my enquiry to her superior and she came back with a pathetic story from her team leader called Bongani which I think he or she is a team leader by default. My advice to this team be passionate about what your doing and treat everyone with respect. you have no idea that one foolish act of not talking your work seriously can affect another person in a way you can never imagine.. i want someone from Management to contact me urgently someone knows their story am willing to take this further trust me.</p>
