Poor customer service

I called in this morning to request my credit report, the Consultant told me they had sent me an email to retrieve my account details. 4 hours later I still have not received that email. Only cause she tried selling me a benefit. I told her if she's selling me anything she'll have to call me back with their line not on my cost. Right now I don't want that benefit any more I want the emails that was promised to me.
