Poor Call Center service

The Call Center refused to assist me and I got what I needed, and completed my transaction online.

Just to let your Call Center staff that they are the reason that call centers are becoming redundant and the reason self-help is successful. They should not be surprised when companies start retrenching, because they make sure everyday that we don't need them
