Poor Admin Systems

Last year, I needed my "FREE" credit report. Somehow, the address registered on my profile is incorrect. I emailed all the requested documents for changing my details to Transunion and have had absolutely no response since then. Today i call asking for assistance again as I need this report to apply for a property to rent only to be told i have to submit everything AGAIN. I don't understand how they have the wrong address in the first place as i would not have used an incorrect address. Secondly, if i can prove my name, email, ID, all other relevant information, how are they not able to assist me with *MY* credit report which is supposed to be *FREE*. The system is an inconvenient joke..... And when i submit the documents, it will take 15 days to correct my own information and by then it will be too late to apply for the property i am interested in. Thank you for nothing Transunion.
