POOOOOOR ASSISTANCE

Good morning,

Received an email regarding Cyber Incident on our company. Tried for the last 4 days just to register our company to keep track of any incidents that may occur as per their mail. "If this IS your business's first-time user experience, you'll need to register with Transunion".... NO LUCK, Keep on getting put through from one operator to another, and in the end just get cut off, with a message to rate their service!!!!!!!!!!!
