Pls update my personal details and remove debt review flag pls
Since on the 5th of May was told to send my documents, so that my details can be updated and my profile unlocked. I was told to wait 5 working days, that has long time passed nothing is happening. Again I'm waiting for the flag of debt review to be removed, I sent all clearance certificate and paid letters and NCR Debt Help System screenshot but to no avail. Please please help us. This is so frustrating!!! Just to remove the flag, I have done all my part. Pls ***/ *** and ***

14 May 2021, 13:30And what surprises me is that with all other credit bureaus have removed the flag, and you still not, but Debt Rescue sent the Clearance certificate and paid up letters and updated the NCRDHS the same day and time.
Others never asked for the documents and the screenshot of debt help system, or maybe the emails from Debt Rescue NCR474/NCR 595 (my debt counselor) dont reach you.
I dnt understand at all.
