Please update my profile ASAP

I have received a response from Lee Ann Saunders, asking for my ID number and the accounts I wanted to dispute. Provided the information and that was on the 17th of June. Its now the 8th of July. And no response yet, I have even sent Lee Ann a follow up email and she has not responded. I have also complained about Transunion in April and July now and nothing jas been fixed. Please do you job as this is affecting me negatively.
