Please take .e off debt councelling

I was under debt counselling due to being unable to work due to an illness and then only received a portion and f my income so I was worried about trying to pay my accounts whilst off sick. However just a few months later my Discovery policy paid me put R ***.00, which I was able to settle my home and a few accounts. However everything is in place to cancel the hold etc., And nobody can seems to get it right. It is most frustrating at present. My ID no is ***.
