Please remove the debt review

Assist please with the removal or update my credit profile since I sent the clearance certificate in the beginning of March to TransUnion ,Compuscan etc to update until so far nothing has been updated,when I submitted the certificate I was told it normally takes up to 20 working days but never received anything confirming that I have been unmarked or updated.i later received the email that it still not updated and I check my credit profile and that wasn’t done
