Please do as you were instructed by the Attorney
Firstly, this would not have become a Hellopeter complaint if your Call Centre staff were more helpful and less eager to pass the buck as soon as possible. Your processes of handling general queries from the public are inadequate and your Call Centre is unhelpful. On the 11 October 2018 at 03:18 PM, an instruction was emailed to ********** by my Attorney. Yesterday, I called TransUnion to establish whether or not the instructions, as contained in the Attorney’s email, were carried out correctly and completely by Transunion. None of the agents whom I has the displeasure of dealing with, would help me, yet the answer my question is really simple. Did you or did you not do as you were instructed by the Attorney? The Attorney wrote: “Take note that we hereby instruct you to remove all judgments, notices, adverse information and accounts on the payment profile (See Section 129(1)(c)) as the estate is now rehabilitated and the debts can not be brought back to life. Rehabilitation is on the person of the consumer and said consumer started a new estate from date of sequestration”. Please do as you were instructed and confirm that you have done it.
