placing ********** defaults from Lifestyle legal

I'm disappointing how easy Transunion allow ********** to place defaults under people credit profile. This people (loan locate ,loan picker are using company called LIFESTYLE LEGAL) to try and rob people their hard earned money by trapping them to go to this website and ask for their information and the next thing you have sign a contract to know aware off then the next thing hand it over to legal lifestyle to try and collect that money for service never offered/requested.

Already they are lot of cases people logging complaints about lifestyle and this companies but still transunion allow this people to destrot peoples credit record.

I call the company and they could not confirm any of my information to prove that i did sign for that service, they could not confirm my cell phone number, address details and baning details (and i'm 100% percent sure that Transunion do have those details).

All from Transunion is to re-look at the process of placing someone under default by requesting that company to provide proof of debt not paid or whatever service and ask for the client document including corresponded and verify that with what they have on their database and should any of the critical document not match then decline such request up until full information is provided because now people are either forced pay money for service they never requested or they loose their job because bad credit record can get you fired for some of the companies.

I'm disappointed at Transunion for allowing such ********* to use them to get people money.

IF was your business i would investigate in this matter and decline and credit default coming from the company called lifestyle legal because it seems like the company is under the same umbrella as this other website company handing over people to them. all i'm asking is that do you investigation and lot of the south African citizen are in trouble because of the lifestyle legal.

soon yo will be hearing same story on the news and publication that transunion weak process is being exploited by ********* to rob people their money.. people will rather pay this ********* money just to clear their name because their job is on the line.
