****ED OFF

I am very unhappy due to the fact that i have about a month ago sent all the relevent documentation to prove that i am no longer under debt review , when speaking to a call centre agent at transunioun they gave me the email to forward everything through to. Lot long thereafter i received a response containing a dispute form and have filled this out and resent it and also received a read receipt HOWEVER transunion is now sending me sms's one after the other advising me of the same thing every time : TransUnion awaits signed dispute form, copy of ID and proof of address document. Send to fax *** within 5 working days for TU*** but this was DONE...I am very angry because its been since 20/05 that i am no longer under debt review but it is still affecting me because the credit bureau is not doing their jobs....
