Physical Address dispute

Im not happy with Transunion and i have not been happy for a while now, i pay s subscription to Transunion so that i can be protected but im not getting any joy from them, i received my credit report on the 02.10.2020 and i called them because there was information i wanted to dispute on my credit report, i spoke a a gentleman is a pity i didn't get his name he said he cannot see the information that im querying on my report and he out me through to the credit department, the lady said she can see the address that im referring to but the dispute department is the department that can assist me regarding that and i was transferred back to the dispute department, Malesai said that the dispute department will not be able to assist me and i was transferred and she wanted to put me back to the credit department, i have been on the phone for more that 13 minutes and instead of being assisted I'm transferred from pillar to post because according to Malesai the report that i received on the 2nd of October 202 and the report that was viewed by the credit department is not updated, can someone from Transunion who knows their job call me and assist me with this query.
