Personal information at risk - with no assistance

I got an email from them saying (as I've read in the news) that my personal information and credit reports etc has been put at risk by the cyber attack on them and that I should register free for their identity protection service which I tried to, but then it states my login details are incorrect. I reset my password, but still noting my login is incorrect. I phoned them multiple times, a consultant said I should provide them with an outstanding document (ID copy) for them to re-activate my profile, which I did, but still nothing. Lastly I spoke to a very *********** lady who could barely understand English and she noted I don't have a profile and should create a new one, I said I tried it but it notes my ID number already has a profile. She then stuttered in all confusion and said she needs to talk to her manager and phone me back, which she did, she then put me on hold for +-10min, then saying she'll phone me back later, which never happened. So now my personal information is at risk, and I can't even get into my account/profile!! Now when trying to login the website just takes me to their contact us page,, I'm extremely upset that they only notified me this late of the breach of my information, offering me a protective solution that I can't get, locking me out of my account, and then not assisting me on the phone. Ridiculous!!
