Pending purchase

Can someone please assist me with the purchase I made to receive a credit report for R80, I paid using my back card and on my banking app it shows pending. when I called my bank(FNB) they advised they have actioned the request and that the Merchant needs to bank the transaction. When I call the Transunion call center I am told they are waiting on FNB to action, I can't be going back and forth with this simple purchase
