Payment made but no report.

I called Transunion on 25 August. The man who helped me took me through all my verification details and we proceeded to capture my banking details for the payment. He then read out my score to me and confirmed he would email the the copy. It is not 30 August, the payment has gone off on my account however I still have not received my report/PDF. I have communicated twice with Transunion requesting what is rightfully mine with no effort on their end. I'm very angry and demanding refund if they cannot deliver on what they promise. Shady company!!! Taking people's money and not delivering on their part.
