Pathetic service!!!!!****

Pathetic service ever, I have purchased a credit report even to date I have not received an updated one, I logged disputes it has been over 20 working days, I was told the queries will be resolved by the 12th on November 2021, today when I call they say the query is still on the 19th day? like ***! how so? useless service ever, to think I paid to get everything updated and this is the ****ty service I get is sickening, someone please fix this. I want my credit report and all the disputes resolved ASAP!!!!!!!!
