Pathetic service from Transunion as a subscriber

Pathetic service Ad a subscriber I dont get the service that I paid for .Firstly I can't access my updated credit report from Transunion online.I must always phone them .My membership allows me to access my credit report 24/7 but I dont get it online .If it happens that I get its always an old report without any scores you phone them and they will tell that it is updated on their system. Kindly help
