Pathetic service from Transunion

Someone has been using my ID **********ly to open accounts and twice i have had to report the matter with the police, and the recent incident was 2months ago. I called Transunion to get my free credit report just to see what other account are there that im unaware of so that i can rectify the matter but the assistant behind the phone refused to assist me because i wasnt sure what address i used to register. I mean i registererd close to 10yrs ago if not more and i have been changing addresses often due to renting but now i cannot be assisted at all because of that ? that is pathetic aint there any other security checks that can be done to make sure i am the correct person ? to make matters worse i forgot my log ins and when i request on the forgot password nothing happens and now i am stuck not knowing what else the frauster did using my name, I am really disappointed at the level of service that Transunion has given me the staff is just not trained to assist at all wheras it is a veru crucial company with all our sensitive information that we need.

I need a call urgently before i go to Twitter and all the socials , i am sick an tired of this nonsense it is my account after all-***
