PATHETIC SERVICE BY TRANSUNION STAFF

<p>What a pathetic, disappointing service that I got from Transunion!!!!!</p> <p>I requested for my report on the 30th of January. Made several follow ups with no response. Then on the 23rd of Feb I spoke to some lady who told me she wasn't sure what their turnaround time is, later on I got an email saying their turnaround time is 20 days. I waited until today, phoned again, and someone is still not sure of the turnaround and when I will get my response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Guys, what exactly are you being paid for???????</p> <p>You complain that there are no jobs yet you can't freakin do the job properly!!!</p> <p> </p>
