Pathetic service and promise not kept by the supervisor Precious Nkosi!!!

Terrible service i received from the Supervisor Precious Nkosi!!!! Ive been calling Transunion as there was a ********** account opened in my name, however it was investigated and confirmed that it was indeed **********ly opened. An instruction was sent to TransUnion to remove the account on my records. I spoke to Precious as i was told she is the only one with access to check all instructions sent. She always promise to call me back but NEVER calls. Callback requests are always sent to her by the agents but she never responds. I finally managed to get hold of her yesterday and asked if she did not receive the callback requests and she confirmed that she did but did, but did not want to call me without any feedback. As a supervisor, you need to respond to callback and not just ignore, at least acknowledge receipt of the request. Im not too sure if thats how TransUnion supervisors treat their customers...

Till date im still waiting for the call!!!!
