PATHETIC SERVICE

the most pathetic service iv ever received in my life, its over a month that iv been trying to get my login details, i was asked to send a copy of my id and proof of residence and i did so over 5time and when i contact the call center all they ever say is that they will escalate it to their admin department who seems to be on a permanent Holiday and they are of absolutely no assistance. this service is pathetic!!!
