Pathetic service

I have not been able to log into my account since the beginning of August, I called the call centre at the beginning of the month who told me to call ********** 000. I did this and the rude operator on the other end put me through to an extension which was not available and was not accepting voicemails. Today I called again only to be told the technical support people are on lunch - apparently there are 3 of them and they all go on lunch at the same time. Don't bother with these people, good luck if you need your password reset cos that aint gonna happen.
