Pathetic Service

I had just purchased a once of credit report and while in the process their system kicked me out while my payment was being processed and now the payment has gone off my bank account but I don't have access to my credit report...I spoke to a consultant who was not helpful at all....I even received a order confirmation to say the payment was successful from transunion....Is it my fault your website is having issues....I am awaiting your response
