Pathetic Service
<p>I contacted Transunion on 14 December 2015 to attempt clearing my name after a sequestration. Since I was re habilated for more than a year I was told to send ID and court orders which I did the same day. I called on the 19th and was told that rhe original sequestration court order was needed which I sent immediately with a follow up call to confirm all in order. It was confirmed that all documents are in order and my issue will be resolved within 21 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 4th January 2017 I receive an SMS saying the "issue was closed due to insufficient documentation"!!!!</p> <p>Again I called on the 5th to find out what documentation was needed and it was confirmed that all documentation was correct and they will re submit. I called again on 12 January 2017 to confirm all is still in order and I was told that all documentation was correct and I will have the "issue" resolved soon. yesterday, 18 January 2017 I receive another SMS saying the "issue was closed due to insufficient documentation"</p> <p> </p> <p>These perople are delaying "issues" on purpose ensuring that no one can clear up any "issues" with anyone or any organisation. If not on purpose, they are too lazy to pick up a phone and call to explain any shortfall of documentation. The staff training is also pathetic as it was confirmed 3 times that all was in order and so far twice the "issue" was closed due to insufficient documentation, or someone pressing the button saying the case is closed because they are too lazy to clear the case, AS THEY SHOULD DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
So clearly Transunion does not care. No call received and still no solution. I again called and again had to re send documentation and wait for 21 days. No doubt I will receive another SMS in a week's time saying the "issue" is closed due to insufficient documents. Trying to speak to someone responsible at Transunion is also impossible. No woner the service level is non existant
