Pathetic service

In these trying times one needs to keep a close eye on one's credit report but how does one do so when Transunion can't even assist with granting their users access to their profiles (that are paid for by them).. It's really pathetic how they have a turnaround time of "5 days" when it takes them months to update an address and grant one access to their profile
