Pathetic Scoring System

I am really frustrated with TransUnion no longer know what to do now but write a review on how bad their scoring system is, I have monitored my score for the whole of 2023 score increases by 1 point if it does and decreases by 1 point as well if it decreases. What confuses me is there are accounts that have been paid up paying on time, the 1 default I had has been updated keeping my accounts up to date paying on time but score does not move at all how the hell is that possible just stays in poor state which does not make sense to me. And then with the other credit beaurue score is good because they keep their system up to date I understand their systems are not the same but at least I see activity there, it is not on the same number for a whole year. I am not sure who needs to look into TransUnion honestly peoples financial statuses and profiles are being tarnished for what reason only they know, or is it because one always calls them out when there are issues ? I have called them out on this platform a number of times because i believe that is the only way to get them to do their jobs.
