Pathetic POS system

POS service and the staff aint any better. After trying to navigate the horrible robo call navigation system eventually get to an agent to try and resolve my matter.

I am trying to log in with the same username i have been using for the last 10 years. the username is 6 characters long. NOW all of a suddent the POS says a username must be atleast 8 characters long to log in. I try to explain that to the agent on the other side and after saying the same thing 10 times this guy still doesnt get it.

How in the hell do you run a business like that?? I am trying to log in to dispute incorrect information you have on my record and buy a report but cant even log on to the platform
