Pathetic, non-service provider!!

We find it completely unacceptable that at 09:00 am no one bothers to answer a phone. We are paying annual subscription to receive the latest retail values on vehicles but have been blocked from our account with the reason 'too many responsive web devices'. We have been trying to have this resolved for several months now, however, as with their accounts department no one bothers to answer the phone after phoning the call center and waiting in excess of 17 minutes for someone to answer. This is the most laid back company we've ever come across. It is scary that this is the same company that deals with people's credit ratings! They simply don't care about efficient service to the client or responding to the client's simple queries.
