Pathetic non excistent service

The worst service ever received. They cannot read at all. they are keeping me out of everything because of putting the blame on DebtBusters not doing their work. Why is the service in South Africa of this standard??????? They have all the documents they need. The helpdesk is a disgrace with people not knowing what they are doing there. This is now taking 3 months to take a incorrect thing of my credit profile. That's why south Africa is in ******* status. Because of this. You are absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!!! Now I have to go to the NCR to sort you out? Why can you not do your own work. Do you have a CEO? I wonder if they know what his/her employees are doing?
