Pathetic customer service!!

I had a loan taken out at African bank, which has prescribed, Experian has already taken this off of my credit record but all I keep getting from transunion is different ticket numbers! Then they claimed that I have lodged a dispute saying the account was paid up. which I never did they have pathetic customer service and *********** people working in their departments. give your people training so that they know how to handle situations and maybe you should employ people who went to school that can actually read
