pathetic and misleading service

i recieved very pathetic service from credit clear as they made me pay for services not rendered, the sales consultant was very eager to sign me up her name was Regalia Shiringane, she advised that if i need anything i should just call her, ive been trying to get hold of her for weeks on end with no response after three weeks i finnaly got hold of her. she also never mentioned that there would be other cost included after i pay the initial fee of R 1700. All i was provided from them was a credit score which i could have obtained from transunion and paid R50 for it. Credit clear is very ********* and misleading the way they conduct business.
