Pathetic

<p>My husband and I were on debt review and eventually we settled everything last year May. In September we received our clearance certificate and we were over the moon excited. Today we received a big downer on our happiness. . . . our records have still not been cleared. Can you beleive that instead of clearing our name in September Transunion only flagged our name then!!!! Pathetic. I calledthem today and apparently they havent received any emails regarding our clearance certificate. WHAT? I have a copy of the email that was sent to everyone showing all the recipients of the mail. But that is not good enough. They have now lodged a dispute but expect us to wait another 21 working days. How can this be fair???? I actually now demand that this gets sorted out immediatlely. After all it was sent out in September. I would really appreciate it if this matter gets taken serious now and sorted out with urgency. Everyone is fast to demand money if you owe it but when you have settled everything and would like some service in return you are told to wait wait wait. Not this time. This better get sorted out NOW.</p>
