Pathetic

I have been trying to obtain my credit report since October 2017, I have called numerous time trying to enquire exactly how I can get this as I was advised that my account is locked but the agent never explained to me how this happened.

I am still to this day awaiting feedback from Transunion with regard to how I can fix this and nothing as yet.

For a credit Bureau they are just completely pathetic
