PASSWORD PROBLEMS

Every time I log in to my account it tells me the information provided does not match. I called your call center, they reset the password. I still can not log in with the temporary password they send me. I have called 5 times already and no one seems to be able to assist me. On the 5th call, I asked that this be escalated as it seems the is a problem with my account. The guy was very agitated with me because he kept on saying that it was highly impossible that I can't log in. I have been using this service for over 10 years and never experienced something like this.
