I have forgotten both my username and password on more than 3 occasions over the past 3 months. In any event, I had a problem in resetting the username and password online.

Having called the ITC helpline number, on each occasion, I was directed to a consultant. Each time the consultant stayed on the line until I was completely sorted out. Kudos to your consultants.
