Paidup accounts reflect a balance

I have been a member since 2012. I have noticed that transunion does not update on time, even if you dispute the information that will only get back to you after a month or more. I disputed my cell c account listing, there it was not solved until I asked them to close the case. When I checked on experien I found out that everything is in order. But with them my cell c, mtn and mr price accounts still reflect a balance when they are paid up and closed.

This is the last time I am paying to have my credit report with them because they never update. I will only continue with experien and will also love to advise everyone out there that if they want their accurate credit report they must get it from Experian.
