Paid up letter send to remove Judgement

Good Day Sir/Madam

I am not happy with the Services i received from Transunion Credit Bureau in South Africa. I paid the Attorney’s who filed a Judgement against my name. I called Transunion to remove the Judgement from my name. Their send me an email address which i responded to. The return email gave me another email. I send the paid up letter again and then i was told to lodge a dispute within 60 working days if i am not Satisfied.

Transunion is supposed to remove my name within 7 - 14 days what a bad Credit Bureau who are unprofessional in providing me with the Services Requested
