PAID FOR CREDIT REPORT BUT NEVER RECEIVED IT!

I paid for my credit report and score. Then i was advised that TransUnion needs to verify my documents again. A call centre agent asked me to email my id copy and proof of residence, which I did. The call centre agent advised that I will only receive my credit report once they have received my documents. I sent my documents last week already! Where is my credit report I paid for?!!?
