Paid for a product I didnt receive

Its better to wait for your free credit report than purchase one. I have viewed my record with transunion for years free and never experienced any problems but yesterday I purchase a credit report and score but haven't received anything. I have proof of payment from their payment system but when I login to view my credit report and still says awaiting payment. N I was told by a consultant that the issue would be resolved by the end of the day yesterday . Wait for your free credit report dont purchase any of the products they advertise because it looks like they dont have a reliable system in place
