Paid but not enjoying the benefit

I paid my yearly subscription and I am not enjoying the benefit. I can get my score online, i don't even have access to the latest credit report. I phoned the call centre but no one seems to be able to assist me. I even got bad service from the consultant who was very rude to. All i want now is to be reimbursed my money for the full year subscription.
